"I recently visited this shopping center because I intended to get an insurance quote from Debbie Yang, a State Farm representative. I parked my car near her office and stayed inside briefly to organize my things, with the plan of going in specifically for a quote.

When Debbie arrived, she gave me several unwelcoming looks and treated me as if I were doing something suspicious, even though I was simply parked in a public area. Her demeanor was rude and unprofessional, which immediately made me uncomfortable and caused me to reconsider using her services.

Later, when I threw away a small piece of paper in a dumpster located away from her office, she raised her voice at me and said I wasn’t allowed to do that.

While State Farm is a well-regarded company, this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from one of its representatives. As a result, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure more respectful interactions with future customers."

"Debbie Yang is incredibly responsive and helpful. When I first moved to the Bay Area five years ago, I knew I wanted to stay with State Farm for auto insurance. And I found Debbie through a random Google search. I had a clean driving record (i.e., no accidents or moving violations for 20+ years). So, it was quick and easy process. Fast forward two years later, and I was in a pretty serious traffic accident. Debbie counseled me through the entire process and helped me understand the financial consequences of the accident. I say 'counseled' because she helped me remain calm during what was a very stressful time and advocated on my behalf.
