"I recently visited this shopping center and had an unfortunate interaction with Debbie Yang, a State Farm representative. I parked my car near her office and stayed inside for a moment to organize my things. I was actually planning to walk into her agency specifically to get an insurance quote. However, When Debbie arrived, she gave me several unwelcoming looks and treated me as though I were doing something suspicious, despite my simply being parked in a public area. Her demeanor was rude and unprofessional, which immediately made me uncomfortable and caused me to reconsider using her services. Later, when I disposed of a small piece of paper in a dumpster located away from her office, she began yelling at me and insisted that I was not allowed to do so. While State Farm is a well-regarded company, this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from one of its representatives. As a result, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to help ensure more respectful interactions with future customers."
